PARTS EXPRESS WARRANTY

Parts Express warrants parts to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of goods sold. This warranty applies to any part that is properly installed, maintained, and operated under normal conditions. This warranty is void if the part has been (i) subject to misuse, neglect, or accident, (ii) used for a purpose for which it is not designed, or (iii) altered in any way that adversely affect its performance of reliability. Parts Express' sole obligation and the purchaser's sole remedy for any breach of this warranty is repair or replacement of defective parts.
Parts must be returned to Parts Express under the prescribed return policy. Parts Express reserves the right to inspect any or all parts returned for warranty before warranty claims will be honored. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY, ALL PARTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", AND PARTS EXPRESS DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO PARTS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

IN NO EVENT WILL PARTS EXPRESS' LIABILITY OF ANY KIND INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES, EVEN IF PARTS EXPRESS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

 

IN NO EVENT WILL PARTS EXPRESS INCUR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO ANY PART OR PRODUCT IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THAT PART OR PRODUCT.

 

Any claim arising from or relating to any alleged breach of warranty or failure of remedy must be commenced in one year after the claim arises. No one is authorized by Parts Express to modify the written terms of disclaimers set forth in this warranty.


PARTS EXPRESS RETURN POLICY

Permission must be obtained before returning merchandise for any reason. Please call 800-247-1237 to get a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA number). Parts Express offers a 15 day, no questions asked return policy for unused/unopened items. That is 15 days from the original invoice date. After 15 days, a minimum restocking fee will be applied as follows:

 

After 15 days — 10% restocking fee
After 30 days — 15% restocking fee
After 6 months — 20% restocking fee
No return after 12 months

 

The minimum restocking fee may be revised at our discretion, based on final inspection of the returned merchandise and the circumstances involved.

 

Credit will be issued based on inspection for the returned merchandise. The customer assumes liability for freight when returning merchandise ordered in error. Returned merchandise must be shipped with all transportation charges prepaid. Merchandise returned C.O.D. will be refused.
